How MiaLoo processes limited technical, support, purchase, and attribution-related information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Marian-Silviu Anescu (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes information in connection with the MiaLoo mobile application (“MiaLoo” or the “App”), our support communications, and the related public pages linked from the App Store or Google Play listing.

MiaLoo is an educational app intended to be used by families. Some areas of the App may be explored free of charge. Access to paid content is protected by a parental gate before any billing page is shown.

When MiaLoo is installed or used, we and our service providers may receive limited technical and event-based information needed to operate, measure, secure, and improve the App and its distribution. Depending on the device, operating system, platform rules, and service configuration, this may include:

If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or the content of your request.

2.3 Payment information

All payments are processed by Apple or Google through the in-app purchase systems of the relevant app store. We do not receive or store your full payment card data.

MiaLoo may use selected third-party services to measure app installs, understand app usage, and evaluate whether advertising campaigns are effective. These services may process limited technical data and app events in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices.

We use these services to understand campaign performance and optimize distribution of MiaLoo. We do not require children to submit names, phone numbers, or email addresses to access the core app experience.

5. Parental gate and family safeguards

MiaLoo includes a parental gate before any billing page or purchase flow is shown. Locked content cannot be purchased directly from the child-facing interface. The parental gate uses an age-appropriate check designed to require adult participation before access to subscription or purchase screens.

6. Children and family use

MiaLoo is designed as a family educational experience. We seek to limit data collection to what is reasonably needed for app operation, security, support, purchases, attribution, and campaign measurement. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact details in order to use the core educational content.
